I’ve seen Black Milk several times this year, and his shows never disappoint. However, from what I’ve heard about his show this Tuesday at Southpaw, it might have been his best one yet. The Brooklyn venue was packed for his album release party. Guilty Simpson, Elzhi and Sean Price and the one and only Daru Jones added support and Talib Kweli, Pharoahe Monch, Jay Electronica were in the building. All in all, it was a great night for hip-hop.
